More Testimonies

Here are a few more testimonies. Undoubtedly, God is moving powerfully at Capstone Church and elsewhere in the nation. BE ENCOURAGED – BE EXPECTANT!
Pastor of Oasis Asian Congregation, London
God has been moving on the congregation for almost a year, giving people words, visions and spiritual gifts. But the congregation has been fearful that what they received was not from God. They were scared when people fell under the Spirit. Their “tongues” were little stuttering sounds, not proper words.
Between 20 and 25 of the congregation have now visited Capstone and this has changed the people, even the ones who have not visited Capstone, and the weekly meetings. Their tongues have all become full languages. They have many visions which they express boldly and openly. One 18 year old girl cried with joy when she received her first ever vision. Some have seen angels. At Capstone they saw people laughing, crying and falling in the Spirit and they now welcome this as normal Christianity. Wonderful changes indeed and we know this is only the start.
Paul Marriott

I spent a significant period of private prayer where I asked the Lord to lead me through effective repentance of anything that put self above Him. As a result of a discussion with a dear friend whose faith-walk is a yardstick of integrity, I asked the Lord to cleanse me of all hindrances and blockages in me that would prevent me hearing His voice or understanding His word; I asked Him to purify me in His refiner’s fire of all the dross and impurities (the burning bush was not a consuming fire but it represented ‘holy ground’) and finally to make me a holy vessel fit to be poured out for His purposes.

‘On the day I went to Capstone Church Ilford, which I had never heard of before, I’d added a statement in my prayer group, “Wouldn’t it be wonderful if one could find a church where man completely took his hand off the service and allowed God to run it?” – to which several in that group responded with a resounding “Amen”.

‘Since then my passion for Jesus has grown exponentially, I am totally in love with Him; I have unspeakable love for my wife and family; Amanda and Sarah have been incredibly supportive. I dance like David danced in every time of worship, my love of the lost knows no ends and I am now daily leading people to Jesus or making Him known to them on a journey they are wanting to undertake. Talking of journeys every train and bus trip and high street walk and shop visit is a befriending-for-Jesus-time and even my hospital appointment today resulted in Him being made known to the waiting room in an utterly friendly way and in my praying for various people there to be healed.

‘In 12 days since I first attended Capstone I have been healed of a very painful post-viral knee condition (I laid claim to Isaiah 53:5d – by His wounds (stripes) we are healed); I feel like 26 and not 62; lost 14lbs in weight (1.5 stone over 3 weeks) – largely from “worshipping with all my being” which has now attained a remarkable prophetic edge (who me this previously demure 62-year-old Englishman?) and also within a week have attained an admittedly medically-aided blood-pressure reduction from 173/117 on Mon 7th August to 136/72 which I was told today…is the blood pressure of a healthy 17-year-old! I’ll have that. 1 Corinthians 1:31 says “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord”. Indeed I do and I give all the glory for this transformation to God

Rhian During the London Awakening the presence of God has been visiting constantly and presented healing miracles on my body. Such instances have been as follows; Healing of constant pain of spinal and sciatic impingement, of nerve pain caused by canal stenosis and disc protrusion – result received on 12 September. No pain as of 13 September. Night of Jerame Nelson. —– Healing from blur in right eye after diagnosis of a cataract on 4 September. Night of Tomi & Tobi Arayomi visit. —— Healing of heavy pain in right toe while walking, which made me walk with a stick to church. Healing from a tight and excruciating painful left wrist, which resorted to me having to use a splint. Night of Miranda Nelson – August —– Healing from haemorrhaging every month, which sometimes stopped me from going out – no longer present and now all under control. Night of Jerame Nelson – July No more lower spinal pain, which stopped me going out and missing church on and off for 3 months. GOD IS AN AMAZING GOD! A GOD WHOM I WILL ALWAYS TRUST AND THANK, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION. My life is beginning to change and i am now back at university studying again after a break, after a blessing of finance facilitation and management. Praise God!

Pastor Roy Farrell, Victory Outreach, Liverpool.

‘Today at “The Catalyst” Senior Pastor Roy Farrell was sharing about the vision of Victory Outreach & Liverpool. Envisioning God’s people about our inner city ministry, and our Victory Homes. When asked “What our needs were in VOCL?” Pastor Roy said “Property for more homes” and everyone at The Catalyst prayed for us.

As Pastor Roy walked into the lobby his phone rang, and he was told that someone wanted to give him a property with a 10 bedroom house. Praise the Lord!
Simon Braker, prophet in Leicester.
The Lord told me today to call my friend in Hull to tell him that the Holy Spirit is going to break out in his life. As I spoke to him, the Holy Spirit hit him and he is now pinned to the floor in his office.’
Light & Life Outreach, Glasgow
Two young girls (in their early twenties) wondered in from the streets because “there was an amazing atmosphere coming from the building!” When asked what they’d come in for, they said: “We’ve no idea, we were just walking past and felt we really needed to come in!” They went on to receive some prophetic ministry and left feeling ‘gobsmacked’ – and are keen to come back for more!

One young lad, previously from a New Age background, asked Jesus into his life at one of our first Glasgow Pit Stop events about three years ago. He came back on Friday and brought a friend with him. Within a few minutes, his friend had also asked Jesus into her life,

The meetings at Capstone Church, Ilford are now in their 5th week and are as powerful as ever.

The Bethel, Preston pastor is now doing his own meetings three times  week. A friend of mine visited this week and said the glory was tangible. If you are in the area do go.

Her are a few testimonies I have heard about re Capstone.

– This guy came down from Leeds for one night. He wrote – ‘Yesterday I left the car at work and cycled home – 19m got home went to the shop for food cooked a mini bbq sat cleaned up then went upstairs as normal, but cycling home I could feel a wrestling in my spirit I actually thought I might be coming down with something. I browsed various arguments for and against what I now understand is termed the Toronto Blessing.

I fell asleep for 1 and a half to 2 hours and then woke up when my wife came to bed about 10:30 getting back into bed after a wash I couldn’t get back to sleep as there was still this unsettled feeling within and I started thinking perhaps some of the opposition and warnings I had about what was going on at Capstone might be right?

I asked God for His peace and asked Him why I wasn’t feeling his peace. He replied that I was too concerned about what others thought of me and I ought to be exclusively focused on him and what he thinks of me.

Then when I agreed and committed to doing that His peace came followed by wave after wave of heaven sent joy. It became so intense I moved downstairs as God continued to pour the oil of heavenly wine into my soul. It was as if I was walking the very streets of heaven and the earthly concerns we carry seemed laughable from that viewpoint, from the viewpoint of God’s presence “for in is presence there is…”

– A pastor from Macclesfield wrote – ‘My wife and I were at the meetings last Thursday and Friday evenings. We were particularly impacted by Charlie releasing something about the sound of heaven that would inspire worship leaders and musicians. And also what he said about revival inheritance and the seeds of revival sown and watered.

Last Sunday we gave a call to our church to receive prayer impartation of what the Father was giving through Capstone and last week’s meetings. We are a small church and over 50% of people responded and I believe received this. There was a tangible increase in the anointing and some were quite impacted. We prayed particularly for those involved in praise and worship.

We are very encouraged.’

– A lady came with a few worshippers from a church near Portsmouth. She wrote, ‘Friday night 2 of us passed on the anointing to some of the worship team while we had worship practice, they were totally drenched in the Spirit. During worship on Sunday there was a definite increase in the the power of God and I saw people worshipping in a way I haven’t seen in our church before and last night during the outpouring prayer meeting the Holy Spirit manifested again.

I’m hoping to come back up to Capstone Church this week as I feel a burning desire in my heart to be back there for a few days.’

– A lady who has been watching via livestream from France wrote. ‘we are following the revival from France and touched beyond what we expected via the net…even had rain thunder and lightening come from nowhere when Jerame sang about the rain falling. We have the fire and have been basking in His glory. I did buy a plane ticket to London to be there with you 3 weeks ago, but I had nowhere near enough to stay and no finances for hotel…but i had packed my sleeping bag ready for the floor! maybe there are many like me…

Please come and take the flame back to your town. Our nation is desperate for a move of God, but it is up to us to spread it.

A man who worked in a local hospital approached a patient who was about 50 years old and who was dying of prostate cancer. He told the patient that God loved him but the man would not receive it. He said that The doctors might think he was dying but God thought something different. When I asked if he was a Christian the patient said when he was young but since then he has messed up. The hospital worker said “don’t worry, today is your day, today you have found favour with God.” He closes the curtains around the bed and laid hands on the man, praying with all his heart. At the end of the prayer at the hospital worker said “Amen”, which was repeated by the patient. The patient said that he felt something moving in his groin and his stomach. The hospital worker open the curtains only to find nurses and staff on the other side. He was a bit worried about the consequences but the patient shouted “Alleluia!” and the staff and nurses couldn’t but say “Amen” in response.

He felt a different atmosphere in the ward and felt an anointing come on him. He saw another patient who looked very sad, so he told her about God and said that God would visit her and give her laughter. A little while after that he was asked to take that woman to another ward, and as he was transferring her she began to cry, saying that she felt so much joy and nobody has spoken to her like that before. When they arrived at the new ward she was sparkling. The hospital worker then told the six ladies in the ward that they had found favour with God and he released healing over them all.

He said that everything was changing in the hospital and all he could see was God and people suffering.

A woman who works as a Social Worker in Social Services, said that they were so inundated with calls they were unable to cope; it was a work place where you get into trouble if you speak about God. She was leaving work on Thursday when she told a colleague that the following day she was going to pray around the office, because things couldn’t continue the way they were with people being stressed, unable to cope and feeling overwhelmed. The following day all the social workers arrived late and the colleague she had been speaking to the night before said to her that she was going to pray but she hadn’t. It’s so happened that the manager was standing nearby and overheard what was said and she said to the Social Worker, “Pray, do it now, pray!” So she prayed for one part of the office, but then the manager told her to pray for the whole office, which she did. When she had finished, the manager said she should do this often.

A young woman from Wellington was making a salad with lots of fancy designs and was using a special cutter, but she cut the top of her finger off and she could see the top inside the blades. Her dad bandaged the finger and she went to the doctors the next day to ensure that there was no infection, and the finger looked the same as it had the previous evening. During the day she just prayed and prayed, not particularly praying for healing, but just concentrating on Jesus. In the late afternoon she went to change her bandage, but was completely shocked to find that her finger was back to normal with the original curve at the end of her finger.

The two young Americans who are ministring for three weeks in Wellington, Shropshire, went to visit Ludlow last week. While there, one was speaking to an old man who had a hip replacement and to have to wear a hearing aid. He prayed for this gentleman and and he took his hearing aid out and put it in this pocket as he went on his way. Whilst this was happening, the other American was praying for a man who had a sword go through his hand while he was juggling or something, and since then he has not had full movement in his hand and suffers from numbness. After prayer he was able to use his hand fully and the numbness has gone.

After this the young Americans went to visit Ludlow Castle and whilst there one of them looked over the parapet and saw four of five young people down where the moat was and he called out God loves you and the response from one of them was he loves you too. There followed a conversation where the young American told them about Jesus and they asked questions. During the conversation it became apparent that a young woman had a problem with her shoulder, so the young American prayed from a great distance down to her for healing. The next day the young American heard from them via Facebook and heard that the young woman’s shoulder had been healed and one of the young men, who had been suffering from insomnia, said that he felt peaceful and he’d had a really good night’s sleep.

During the service on Saturday night at House of Prayer, Wellington, two people came of the streets and accepted Jesus. There was a strong presence of God at the weekend services and I believe the well is being dug deeper.

I posted two days ago about meetings in Shropshire; these meetings took place at House of Prayer, Wellington.

There was another meeting last night; people were getting healed during the worship. One of the pastor’s testified as follows:

“In the middle of worship, the presence of God is really strong,  this lady walks in, it is her first time ever in church. She actually came because someone from the church just loved on her in the street a couple of times. She was so touched by that, she decided to come to church. She had an amazing touch from God, ended up on the floor under the Holy Spirit and got up a completely different woman. Now that  was amazing in itself, but as she is on the floor receiving ministry, having a life transformation, her taxi is waiting downstairs. The driver is wondering where she is, and a guy who walks past from the pub, says he knows where the House of Prayer is and he comes upstairs to get her. He has never been in church before and he walks in and sees her having ministry on the floor  with the Holy Spirit and he decides to wait. Five  minutes later he is saved, he is healed, he is filled with the Holy Spirit; he is blinking, saying ‘I do not even know why I am here’. He keeps saying ‘I feel different, I feel new, I feel brand new’. It was amazing how full of love and full of God he was.”

A friend of mine in Bristol had an interesting conversation today with the manager of a cafe:
He asked – is it OK if I were to have a table in the corner and pray for people, I believe God wants to show people how much he loves them..and experience his love.
Manager: Really, how..would he do it for me? My friend: of course, He loves you..would you like to meet him now, here in the cafe?
Manager: yes ok .. do I have to do anything?
My friend: nothing just’ll be really low key and why don’t you ask him a specific question which requires a specific answer. I’m now going to invite Jesus. Come Holy Spirit.
Manager: Oh I have this weird sensation, feel warm, tingly, really good..
(Then I saw (inside the enclosed cafe) a dandelion seed waft from her computer screen and land on her nose, but I didn’t think anything of it)
Manager: I think my question was answered, but how can I be sure it was God?
My friend: you decide..ask!
Manager: the answer to my question was ” get back to nature, which you enjoyed..” and then that seed landed on my nose as if to affirm it..
She then had to leave…thank you Jesus!

‘God always seems to save the best till last! Today we took another 20 soul winners out in the streets on Manchester and a total of 68 people received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior! Glory to God! When time was up we told our teams to stop and come back to church, they have so caught the Fire of God over the last three days, that they did not stop, but kept telling everyone they saw that God loves them and has a wonderful plan for their lives. Today was a breakthrough, there is a radical team of soul winners at Eglise En Mission, Manchester! The fear of man has gone and the fire has been fanned into flame! Thank you Lord Jesus! Can’t wait for final night celebration Holy Ghost Service starting in a few minutes at 5 pm!’ Rev Richard Hill
